Project Initial & Survey Staff
- Responsible for PO / PR Request for New Product (MCP, Fiber Optic & BTSH)
- Responsible for IBS, BTS Hotel, MCP Project Survey & Assessment for TSSR
- Responsible for PIP (Project Initiate Plan) for MCP & BTSH
- Responsible for product sharing knowledge
- Responsible for project progress monitoring and documentation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having basic competency in radio frequency and optimization area
- Good knowledge in fiber optic, microwave, transmission, and IP networking
- Review, analyze, improve the current contract and prepare a proposal for improvement of the contract
- Monitor, manage, control the fulfillment of contract compliance by TBG and customer
- Submit weekly report to superior for progress of implementation contract
- Submit all tracking issues related contractual issues to support superior Contract Management
- Serve as the point of contract for customers and internal TBG on contractual matters
- Socialization existing MLA including amandemen
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Majoring Law.
- Required skill(s): legal drafting, Contract Management.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 4 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably senior staff or section head level, specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent in Telecommunication Industry.
- Have a sense of business in telecommunication industry
- Have a good strategic thinking in commercial, legal, negotiation, and technical areas
- Have a good relationship and negotiation skill
- Have a good analytical skill
- Deliver / presenting the financial statements to management and Budgeting Department that related with the monthly financial statements properly and accurately.
- Prepare all requests related to the company's financial statements required by the management
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting consolidation and close process
- Respond to inquiries from the management regarding financial result, special reporting request, etc.
- Monitor and analyze account reconciliation
- Coordinate with the Audit Team, both internally and externally linked data preparation / audit supporting documents (quantitative and qualitative).
- Responsible for financial reports quarterly (every 3 months) to make the financial statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (BAPEPAM) and Investor.
- Assist Accounting Manager in monitoring the implementation of Company's Standard Operating Procedure
- Report directly to Accounting Manager and indirectly to Finance Director
- Age minimum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experiences as Accounting or External Auditor
- Preferably supervisor level, specializing in Accounting form Public Accountant Firm (Kantor Akuntan Publik).
- Having knowledge in planning & budgeting control
- Expert in making & analyze financial reporting
- Good administrative and clerical skill
- Familiar with Indonesian tax and regulations
- Familiar with accounting software
- Familiar with PSAK
- Have strong leadership
