Strata Title Area Manager
- 35 - 48 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering / Management or Equivalent.
- Advanced with high rise building operational, engineering, portfolio of developments and had experience strata title property management.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the property / developer company is required for this position.
- Skills : Facility Management, Property Management, Leasing, Building Manager.
- Placement Jakarta area.
- Age maximum 35 years.
- Minimum Bachelors degree business studies / administration / management, marketing, hospitality or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s), at working experience in the related fields is required for this position. Preferably Manager / Ass. Manager specializing in sport club.
- Have experience in Food & Beverage, Operational Building, Sport facilities (swimming pool) and Banquet Marketing.
- Communicative, creative, work hard, have strong leadership and able to work with under pressure.
- Strong in numbers and analytical figures.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all their concern.
- Making improvement and developing the Club.
