The ideal candidate should have 2 - 5 years’ experience in implementing or comprehensive usage of Hospital Information System, or have 2 plus years working in a medical/hospital industry and have personal interest in working as an IT Business Consultant.
In this position you will be responsible for providing consulting support and training to customers for Mitrais Medical Suite (MMS). MMS is a fully-integrated information system supporting primary health care and occupational health care for hospitals and medical facilities associated with large industrial operations. As an MMS consultant, you will deal with medical professionals and administrators at all levels. You will be involved in systems design, pre-sales activities, implementation consulting and systems training for customer staff across the full scope of MMS.
General Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable University with GPA of 3 or above.
- Preferred educational background in health care related subject such as Pharmacy, Medical degree, Nursing, Nutrition, Health Sciences, Health Information Management or Technical background in IT with experience in Hospital business process.
- Good understanding of the business function, process, and value in a hospital or health care facility is critical.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must, including good communication and presentation skill in English.
- Experience in performing Consulting or Training Services.
- Excellent analytical, Conceptual, problem solving and possess decision making skills.
- Involvement/experience in System Implementation projects or Software Product Development will be an advantage.
- Have experience or exposure on business process mapping tool or other related tool such as BPMN, Enterprise Architecture, Microsoft Visio etc, will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
