Job Function: Project Management to Develop Large Wind Farms
- Coordinate Permitting Activity
- Land Acquisition
- Handle Environmental Reviews
- Government Relations
- Community Engagement
- Project Personnel Management
- Prepare necessary documentation to obtain permits required for development, construction and operation of the wind farm
- Liaise and Coordinate with Land Owners, co-manage land acquisition for project area, and negotiate land agreements and easements
- Report, advise and consultant management and on site development activities
- Liaise and Coordinate with Government Agencies, obtain secondary data (land information, existing wind data, etc.) from local government agency necessary for development of the project.
- Manage community engagement and socialization
- Manage services and activities for office operations, maintain project database and file system
- Perform other support activities necessary for project development purposes
- Use mapping software to research and manage parcel database information
- Carry out site visit / surveys to sites potential for wind farm development
- University Degree. Engineering, Business Management or Project Management degree helpful
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading project team
- Travel required; willing to relocate to project site for duration of project
- Fluent in English, Indonesian and ”Local Language”.
- Goal orientated, excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently
- Government permitting experience
- Personable, excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple changing tasks
- Skilled at English translation
- High proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) required
- Energy, Transmission Line, Pipeline, Forestry, Plantation and Mining Project Development experience
- GIS mapping, CAD and or mapping/project drawing experience
- MS Project and other scheduling tools
- Understanding of the Indonesian electricity system
- Real estate contract knowledge and land title experience

Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in, supervise local land team and conclude all land negotiations
- Train Local Land Team
- Assist in hiring land teams
- Identifying PAP affected by the project
- Introduction and project explanation to PAP
- Measurement and inventory of PAPs land
- Socio-Economic interview with PAP
- Delivery of compensation information/negotiation with PAP
- Transaction with PAP
- Post-purchase engagement with PAP
- Create reports of engagement with PAPs and assist in Community Engagement Registry;
- Maintain a database of landowners and land users agreements and payments
- Maintain engaging relationship with local stakeholder/government (village head, hamlet head) regarding the project
- Minimum of 2 years successful experience with land acquisition
- Extensive travel required; willing to relocate to project site for duration of project
- Fluent Indonesian and Excellent English is mandatory
- Government regulation compliance experience

- Review of potential project sites spatial and geographic characteristics
- Use mapping software to research and manage project plans
- Gather national and local GIS data and integrate into company information systems
- Prepare maps and reports
- Support the Development, Land and Permitting team
- Coordinate with and gather information from BPN and Local Government
- Some field work reviewing and gathering land parcel information
- Assist Development and Engineering Departments as needed
- Excellent English/Indonesian.
- 1-3 years plus experience in GIS software such as Quantum GIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo, or AutoCAD Map
- High proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)required
- Ability to run CAD software helpful
- Experience in contracting will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple changing tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
