Texas Chicken (PT Cipta Selera Murni) is a franchise that is engaged in the business of fried chicken fast food restaurants. Texas Chicken in Indonesia owned by PT. Cipta Selaras Murni is based in Jakarta who obtained sole franchisee of Cajun Operating Company (COC) owner of a business entity franchise group based in Atlanta USA.Texas Chicken is present in Indonesia since April 1984, stems from our first restaurant in Pasar Baru - one of the busiest business district in Jakarta at that time, our business is growing not only in the city of Jakarta alone but accompanied by developments in most of the cities in Indonesia such as Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Bandung, Makassar, Manado and other cities. This condition makes us very widely known in the community.
Area Development & Training Manager
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience as an Area Manager / Multi Unit Manager and 3 years as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with experience in fast food (fast food)
- Aged 30-40 years with a minimum education D3 and has the ability to communicate with all levels
- Computer literate, particularly MS applications. Office
- Able to speak English and Indonesian with a good (oral and written)
- Having the ability to analyze and make recommendations, as well as having experience and good knowledge of Restaurant Management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision from superiors
- Having a personal vehicle
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 30 years, minimum education D3 all majors
- Able to speak English, at least passive
- Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure
- Ability to use computer applications, especially MS. Office
- Not wearing glasses and has a private vehicle
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
