Responsibilities:

• Create a training plan and development strategy, and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization
• Evaluate facilitator performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Identify training needs and plan training programs in order to improve client satisfaction, to help for working better and to perform the duties.
• Supervise and conduct training for Telemarketing, Supervisor, Associate Telemarketing Manager, Manager and Sub-ordinates to conduct soft skills training, product

Requirements:

• Essentials:
  • Male/Female, 25 - 40 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree at any field
  • Fluent in English, active and passive
  • Experienced at least 3 years working as a sales trainer
• Desirable:
  • Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Training & Development
  • Having good knowledge about sales skill
  • Energetic and well presented
  • Willing to work full time and mobile
  • Able to work individually and in a team
