Responsibilities:
- Create a training plan and development strategy, and action plan to implement dynamic learning systems contributing to the success of the organization
- Evaluate facilitator performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Identify training needs and plan training programs in order to improve client satisfaction, to help for working better and to perform the duties.
- Supervise and conduct training for Telemarketing, Supervisor, Associate Telemarketing Manager, Manager and Sub-ordinates to conduct soft skills training, product
- Essentials:
- Male/Female, 25 - 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree at any field
- Fluent in English, active and passive
- Experienced at least 3 years working as a sales trainer
- Desirable:
- Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Training & Development
- Having good knowledge about sales skill
- Energetic and well presented
- Willing to work full time and mobile
- Able to work individually and in a team
