Training Officer
Jakarta Raya - Pondok Indah
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in facilitating and deliver training programmes to service department employees.
- Experience as a trainer for at least 1 year
- Experience in call centre, especially in banking industry
- Good to advanced English skill
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skill
- Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00

- Responsible as customer's contact data centre, monitoring transaction, and support to Call Centre
- Good to advanced English skill
- Strong analytical and communication skill
- Willing to work in shift schedule
- 1 year experience in call centre / service industry preferably in authorization unit
