Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first positive client contact for every client that visits the ANZ Signature Priority Banking. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationship by providing excellent service and exceeding customer needs and to clearly demonstrate willingness to spot potential sales opportunities and develop these into profitable sales for Bank, include prospecting the marketplace for new customers as well as maximizing existing customer relationships.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- The Resource Planning and MIS Officer will be responsible for call centre forecasting and scheduling. The incumbent will work closely with call centre team to achieve the target service level and manage the achievement consistency and forecasting efficiency. The incumbent will also be responsible for all call centre reporting both internal and regional including performing analytical process along the way to discover opportunities for improvement.
- Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable University
- Fluent in English

- As a recruitment specialist, the incumbent will be responsible to implement the recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates, to develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process and to identify and mediate placement of qualified applicants. Complying with Bank's standards, policies and procedures along with Group and Local Statutory reporting will be vital to this role.

- Willing to work in shift schedule, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
- Good to advanced English skills & computer literate
- Call centre experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any major
