Management Trainee
Responsibilities :
- Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.
- Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
- Work in different departments to gain perspective
- Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
- Attend periodic evaluations and Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
- Evaluate work output and help set Work Instructions and policies
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
- An Active and Enthusiastic individual with max of age 26 years old
- Hold min. Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2,75. Majoring in Logistic, Engineering, Finance and Accounting are preferred
- Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
- He/She must be an adaptable person, have a good analytical thinking, and capable of working well with others.
- A Management Trainee should be prepared to work in a variety of situations. Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment is a must
- Not only Travel and time away from home, Management Trainees may also be available to be relocated in any branches and sites throughout the countries (including our jobsite outside Java)

- Drawing layout design of new building with accessories, exp. : electrical, water pipe, etc.
- Understand about estimated cost of new building construction
