Due to executed our new project, we are now intended to strengthen our Construction Team and are seeking qualified candidates for the following position :

Drafter
Jakarta Raya, Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Bogor (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat), Serang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

• Develop efective shop drawing
• Coordinate structural designs (some project also doing electrical and mechanical design) and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
• Creating List Acceptance Images Document, Master List of Images Document, and Image Distribution List
• Develop as built drawing

Requirements:

• Male
• Graduated from reputable university (architectural/civil engineering)
• Computer skill (Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Power Point etc.)
• Having 4 years or more experience doing concrete / structural design
• Having 4 years or more experience in High Rise Building project under Japanese contractor and/or major international contractors
• Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)

Quantity Surveyor
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Conduct market surveys to get the price of materials that will be used by referring to Technical Specification.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Conduct the calculation quantity of each work based on drawings.
• Arranging payments and writing detailed progress reports.

Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable university (architectural/civil engineering)
• Quantity Surveyor experience under Japanese Contractor and/or major international contractor
• Good knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors
• Computer skill (MS Office, MS project, MS Power Point)
• Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)

Quality Assurance Engineer
Jakarta Raya, Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Bogor (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat), Mojokerto (Jawa Timur), Serang (Banten)

Requirements:

• Graduated S1 Civil Engineer / Architectural.
• Possess QMS training is preferred.
• 5 years experience in civil construction ( factory and high rise building is preferred ).
• 1 year experience in Quality Assurance role.
• Possess ISO 9001:2008 knowledge.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Project Administration Staff
Jakarta Raya, Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat)

Requirements:

• Graduated D3 in Finance/Accounting/Management/Administration
• Male
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Two or more years experience as Project Administration Staff in Construction Industry
• Computer literate.
• Required language(s): English.
• Willing to work hard and highly motivated
• Can handle employment and general affair problem like leave, overtime (time sheet), daily worker, employment contract, and insurance claim.
• Can handle accounting task like invoice and petty cash
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
