Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Assist to achieve sales and profit target from assigned accounts per overall corporate direction / objectives.
- Visit key accounts at defined routes and intervals to maintain Skyhub goodwill and to capture dynamic market intelligence for optimizing both customer satisfaction and data utilization.
- Planning and setting up appointments with current and potential clients.
- Through scheduled sales calls while keeping current clients, generate new clients and ensure long term cooperation.
- Monitor and control all clients in relation to sales promotion and product creation in retail travel market to ensure smoothness of operation.
- Assist to prepare sales proposals, presentation materials to support sales calls.
- Responsible for handling sales force and operation team training and coaching activities towards company objectives and achievement of the sales budget assigned.
- Provide client feedbacks on performance strengths and areas of development to inbound offices abroad.
- Identify client needs and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problems, and answering questions for employees and customers.
- Through working closely with all other departments to support all pre and post sales activities, ensuring excellent customer services.
- Assist in training of employees to enhance sales skills and to grow with the company.
- Produces thorough and timely paperwork and reports to management.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- 3 years or more travel industry sales experience and strong customer service orientation. (Airline sales or 3 star international hotel chain sales experience is a plus)
- Ability to function well in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort under stress and problematic occasions.
- Proficiency in using MS applications to prepare sales & promotion proposals and reports.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Indonesian. Additional languages are plus.
- Occasional business trip is required when necessary
- College education preferred
- Must be able to multitask

Responsibilities:
- Follow up e-mails with the coordinates of other colleagues
- Respond the inquiries from agencies
- Availability checks with other inbound branches / suppliers according to request
- Create booking files for each reservation
- Follow up deadline of booking cancellations
- Prepare daily report chart and pass to Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure data register to system that company use
- Follow up / double check confirmations with inbound branches / suppliers
- Re-confirm each reservation with clients
- Ensure timely information collection from the clients (name list, rooming list, signboard, special meal arrangements, etc.)
- Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills.
- At least 1 year or more travel industry operation experience and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to function well in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong time management and operational to-do follow up.
- Comfort under stress and problematic occasions.
- Persuasive with details and facts
- Proficiency in using MS applications to reply partners and prepare itineraries to related partners.
- Strong awareness of responsibilities against company and job.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Indonesian. Additional languages are plus.
- College education preferred
- Must be able to multitask
