Requirements:
- Degree from a leading university
- Minimum of three years work experience with a healthcare service provider. Understanding of the day-to-day operations of a medical service provider
- Bahasa Indonesia, Intermediate English Preferred (spoken and written)
- Reports to Business Head
- Greater Jakarta area (Jabotabek)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a specialised clinic
- Manage the budgeting and bookkeeping processes
- Maintain regular contact with local community leaders
- Work with the marketing team to drive clinic footfalls
- Maintain high standards of medical service and patient safety
- Act as an ambassador for our organisation
- Maintain legal clinic compliance
- Has a strong understanding of the delivery mechanisms for polyclinics
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the healthcare needs of our targetmarket
- Has a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude
- Is willing to make a meaningful contribution to Indonesia’s healthcare sector
- Is flexible
- Is able to earn the trust of colleagues
- Is a true team player
- Has a strong desire to achieve but not at the expense of others
