Key Account Support - Kalimantan

Job Descriptions:

Key Account Support will work closely with Key Account Executive in term of handling customer service activities which is inclusive maintain communication and developing relationship with both customers and internal departments. As the key resource for the organization relating to customer relationship and communications to external parties, the Account Support will ensure that daily group account operating procedures are fully implemented in commercial terms and conditions. The Account Support is primarily interested in the results of the position actions. Provide accurate and immediate responses to customer enquiry,  solve problem and handle dispute issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Computer literate (Ms. office and windows)
  • Good skills in English & bahasa
  • Have good communication skill & administration.
  • Strong customer care, service oriented driven by customer’s need, able to manage change.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Contract positions are available.
  • Willing to be stationed at Balikpapan or Banjarmasin.
Warehouse Supervisor - Balikpapan

Job Description:

Supervise all distribution center (include warehouse) activities, process of parts and equipment inventory in order to meet customer expectation.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): warehouse management system, inventory management system, suply chain management, quality management system and safety and health (iso ohsas), supervisory management, 7 Tools Quality Control.
  • Strong and effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Willing to be located at Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.

Management Accountant Coordinator - Balikpapan

Job Description:
  • Preparing Financial Performance and analysis of Strategic Business Unit accurately and timely
  • Plan and control the flow process of accounting management and General Ledger
  • Support other function in finance in analyzing and evaluation specific financial aspects.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Required technical skills: financial accounting skill, management accounting reporting skill, SAP Module FI, computer literacy
  • Required non-technical skills: presentation, communication, negotiation, analytical & problem solving skills
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Having knowledge of logistics activities, inventory management, air-land-sea transportation, custom clearance
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Procurement Coordinator - Kalimantan

Job Descriptions:

Support Operation Division and internal customers with just in time & competitive costing on land transportation, Sea Freight, Air Freight, Tramper, international logistics, local handling and support equipments from vendors / partners, control and improve vendor's performance and manage claim settlement on vendor.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • Required skills: vendor / supplier management, cost management, supply chain management, presentation skill, communication skill, negotiation & analytical skills, Problem Solving
  • Computer literacy (SAP, Ms. Office)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in logistics industry or similar position
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing
  • Willing to be placed at Banjarmasin or Balikpapan
