- To ensures suitability( compliance ) corporate activity that cover regulatory compliance, provide law opinion based on user’s requirement and litigation process
- Ensure provision of legal consultation, Legal Training, opinion, sharing Knowledge and advice.
- Ensure litigation process is carried out according to established policy and regulation.
- Minimum Bachelor S1 Law in Business Law
- 8-10 year(s) of working experience in Legal with focus areas on business legal
- Advocate Training Certificate, Contract Training Skills, BAR Certification, will be preferred
- Contract Drafting Skills for Mining Operation and Constructions

- Strong report procurement utilization of Microsoft office including are Microsoft Word, Excell, Power Point, and Microsoft Project is preferred
