CSSSEA - Business Unit Process Development Group Manager - (SER00043)
Pre project observation in terms of identify the objective, scope of project and time required to execute the project from budgeting until hand over to user
- Budget preparation and calculation, list of material and equipments
- Arrange of comprehensive project schedule
- Project monitoring and progress reporting (Budget and schedule)
- Arrange and prepare certain activities which carried out before commissioning (site cleaning, installation checking, water test, utility preparation, etc). Get involved to start up activities.

- Bachelor degree in Chemist or Chemical Engineering
- Having 2 years working experience in technical and engineering

- Having experience of handling engineering project (construction and installation)
- Understanding project software or application (MS Project and/ or Autocad)

Ensure the financial statements prepared by self / accounting team are in compliance with Cargill and BU's Policies, US Gaap and Local Gaap; ensure all the internal and external reporting deadlines are met.
- Be an excellent business-partner primarily to the Sourcing Management Team in Indonesia and to the various teams within the BU while maintaining fiduciary independence as the BU enters
- Ensure the Daily Stock Movement / Monitoring reports (including Beans, Packing Materials, Off grade items etc..) is accurate without exceptions; ensure physical stock takes are done on a periodic basis in consultation with the Management and the variances highlighted and corrective + preventive actions put in place without exceptions. The span of control covers sourcing activities in all locations and all locations where the beans are stored.
- Ensure the various Commodity exposures and Currency exposures are appropriately hedged in line with applicable policies and the results of such hedging activities are monitored and reported accurately on a pre-defined basis. Ensure the Credit and Market Exposure is monitored and managed in line with applicable policies.
- Participate in the Annual Budgeting exercise; ensure actuals are tracked against Budgets and variances brought to the notice of the stake-holders and corrective + preventive actions put in place.
- Work with the various groups within the BU and support the RFC by actively engaging in setting-up and maintaining the various systems (WAMS, JDE World etc..) as the business is scaled upwards and constantly look for areas for improvement.
- Take care of all fiduciary, legal / tax / compliance (Local, Regional, US) matters.
- Effectively train and supervise the accounting team, who could be spread out within Indonesia, so they remain focused in achieving business objectives in a very dynamic environment in addition to being motivated and engaged.
- Participate in the payments and approval process.
- Ensure all Balance Sheet Reconciliations comply with applicable policies.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- In charge of legal affairs in relation with our lawyers and auditors
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualification in Finance / Accounting (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA etc..).
- At least 5 years of total experience of which 2 years must have been in a predominantly trading environment handling intense
- Accounting and control related work.
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for details and clarity of thought
- Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
- Ability to interact easily with others and be a team player
- Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-changing and dynamic environment
- A couple of years in an MNC set-up.
- Knowledge of JDE World.
