PROJECT MANAGER (NGO)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (preferably in construction management/civil engineering)
- Minimum 8 years project management experience in a NGO environment
- Fluent in English
- Advanced AutoCAD skills in a construction environment is a plus
- A multi-tasker with the ability to communicate in a professional and effective manner with wide range of people: executive management, contractors, engineers and project owners
- Understanding of financial management the development, implementation and review of budgetary processes
- Effective time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities task
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
2. To fastening our mining business growth, we are looking for experienced mining candidates, to join us as:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MINING
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering/Geology/Business & Management
- Min. 15 years comprehensive experience in reputable Mining Company, with
- Min 8 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department from exploration until shipment, including coordinating, controlling technical activities: handling mine operation, mine planning, mining projects, etc)
- Experienced in developing mining business (analyzing new sites, handling license, develop network with local government and or masses/citizen)
- Preparing and developing budgeting & financial report
- Familiar with mining software/program such as: minescape, strat model, opencut, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
