Detailed Description
- Help client and McKinsey Client Service Teams (CST) refine implementation program design
- Lead client team members to roll out large scale implementation of operational or commercial transformation programs
- Develop and maintain implementation tools for Client Service Teams
- Responsible for client team training and general capability building related to implementation
- Participate in the Firm’s knowledge building efforts by creating knowledge packs around best practices in relevant fields; for example, develop new tool kits for implementation, dissemination of knowledge to CSTs and clients
- Support consulting teams and clients, as required, to conduct analyses off-site and on-site
- Demonstrate expert client service as required in various domains; for example, help run Commercial/Manufacturing Excellence diagnostics at client sites to determine potential opportunities for transformation.
- Applicants should posses a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputable institution and preferably should have an advanced degree from a reputable institution
- Must have persuasive communication ability for both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Extensive experiences in rolling out implementation on a large scale and project management
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Exhibit self-motivation and highly service-oriented work ethic
- Willingness to travel
- Minimum of three years experience in implementation related work
- Implementation experience acquired either in operations, IT, or commercial domains through the following industries: continuous processing industry, energy and materials, manufacturing, financial institutions
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts, lean supply, IT implementation, chain/procurement, commercial excellence will be advantageous
