HSE Manager (Code : HSEM)

Requirements
  • Max. age of 40 years old
  • Min. 8 years of experience in mining industry as Health Safety Environment (HSE).
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from the faculty of Mining Engineering, Public Health or Environment Engineering.
  • Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) will be highly prioritized.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Able to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system and procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have excellent health and able to work under pressure with good result.
  • Placement at Tanjung site project of South Kalimantan.
Mine Planner (Code : MPL)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. education Diploma / Bachelor holder in Mining.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in mining industry as mine engineer.
  • Operating knowledge of Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be highly prioritized.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated good analytical and focus on detail
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Computer literate.
Production Group Leader (Code : PGL)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. eduducation Diploma / Bachelor holder in related position.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as group leader.
  • Certified second class blasting and have a POP license.
  • Good understanding of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Placement at all project sites.
Survey Engineering Group Leader (Code : SURVEYGL)

Requirements
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. Education Diploma / Bachelor holder in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering.
  • Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in mining industry as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor.
  • Have a POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Operating knowledge of Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be highly prioritized.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Placement at all project sites.
Drill & Blast Group Leader (Code : DBGL)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. education Diploma / Bachelor holder in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate.
  • Min. 2 years of drilling & blasting experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa.
  • Operating knowledge of drill blast design and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Placement at all project sites.
Pit Control Group Leader (Code : PC-GL)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. education Diploma / Bachelor holder in Mining Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in mining industry as a mine engineer.
  • Have a POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Operating knowledge of Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Placement at all project sites.
Officer Research Operation (Code : OFF - RO)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor (S1) holder in Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering from a leading university ( ITB, Undip, UI, UGM, IPB) with GPA 3.00 ~ up.
  • At least 2 years of mining experience.
  • Active in English language and computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Placement at Head Office Jakarta.
Diploma Preparation Program (Code : DPP)

Requirements :
  • Maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electro and Electronica Engineering
  • (GPA: 2,75 ~ up)
  • Have a good health (physically and mentally fit) with minimum height of 165 cm.
  • Good English skills, at least passive.
  • Placement at all project sites.
Officer Tax (Code : OFF - TAX)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old.
  • Min. Diploma / Bachelor holder in Accounting (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • Min. 4 - 5 years of experience as Accounting / Tax Officer / Senior Officer
  • Certified Brevet A & B.
  • Good level in English (active).
  • Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Have a good health (physically and mentally fit).
  • Placement at Head Office Jakarta..
Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Code : MECH)

Requirements :
  • Max. age of 35 years old. 
  • Min. 2 - 4 years of experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • Have BMC License will be highly prioritized.
  • Good team work.
  • Placement at all project sites (Base in Kalimantan).
  • Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100.
