- The Island ERD Completions and Workover Engineer is responsible for the timely design, preparation and implementation of each ERD well completion, workover, and stimulation progrm on the artificial islands. Responsibilities also include special projects related to island operation.
- Prepare full ERD completion, workover and stimulation programs. Works closely with other groups to assure the programs are based on all available information from neraby wells. The ERD completion, workover and stimulation programs must include, but are not limited to the following.
- Application of standard operations procedures, best ERD practices and lessons learned.
- Progress time and cost charts for the Completion or Workover phase.
- De-completion program (well killing, tubing and packer pulling, plug setting) for workover.
- Christmas tree, tubing and downhole completion equipment to meet expected conditions and well integrity requires for the islands.

- The Island ERD Completions and Workover Engineering Specialists will act as the technical champion to guide and assist the drilling and completion engineers in the design and process of imlementing ERD completion, workover and stimulation technology for the Island ERD Project.
- Provides completion and workover engineering guidance and assistance to ensure the proper application of best practices and technology for ERD wells, and to assure technical excellence in well completion and workover engineering design, including well integrity. The ERD Specialists will have experience and expertise in the following technical areas, but not limited to the following:
- Advanced stimulation techniques using acid and hydraulic fracturing in ERD wells.
- Production modelling using recognized industry software, including ERD well modelling.
- A full knowledge of production logging technology and techniques in ERD wells.
- Experince and technical knowledge of tractor techniques to convey coil tubing and wireline in ERD wells, including high angle wireline intervntion for plug & GLV setting.

The ERD Drilling Supervisor provides day to day on site leadership and supervision of all drilling, completions and workover operations and is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the drilling program.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provides day-to-day on site leadership ad supervision of drilling, completions and work over operations
- Ensures that Company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented
- Responsible to strict adherence to all company systems, procedures, standards, safety rules and regulations by all Company personnel and contractors on site.
- Responsible for clear and concise reporting of all well site drilling activities such as daily drilling reports, material transfers and safety meetings and capture of lessons learned.
- Responsible for reporting, investigations and follow-up of all accidents and near misses on-site and effective / lasting closure
- Responsible for performing site emergency plans and organized regular emergency exercises and drills on-site and timely reporting on DDR
- Responsible for rig moves and rig positioning with proper Risk assessment and mitigation plans.
