- Assist in overall legal activities including handling and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as various regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to operation, etc
- Establish good relationship and cooperation with internal (Legal team) and external parties including Government, Community representatives, Legal Counselor, External Lawyer related with crucial information and strategic legal matters
- Design and implement Legal policies, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Legal programs which meets Company’s objective and goals

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and reporting on project plans and schedules. Interfacing with and collating of progress updates from Contractor and Sub Contractor to reflect the latest status of Project Schedule.
- Carry out periodic reviews at each project to ensure the implementation of planning and scheduling systems and procedures achieve the desired level of accuracy and quality to meet Project requirements.
- Review weekly and monthly progress reports from Contractor and advise Project Management Team of any potential shortfalls or negative trends on each of the individual projects.
- Work with Contractor or Project Team member to ensure that they adhere to the appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in setting up the initial cost data bases for their respective portions of the project.
- Monitor spending on a contract specific basis versus progress and forecast to complete data.
- Monitor project procurement activities and makes adjustments for timing and procurement cost deviations.
- ensuring active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis

- You will be tasked to achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures such as vessels’ capex/conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of material, equipment and services, ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed. This includes:
- Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.

- Ensuring the project plans and milestone are being met and keeping a project on schedule in budget and estimation cost
- Implementation of methods and technology associated with infrastructures systems and construction programs
- Lead, monitor and control mine infrastructure projects
- Coordinating activities to construct capital project comprising Safety procedures and resolving any dispute which may arise on the site with minimum supervision
- Knowledgeable withthe construction industry
- Associate Degree (S1) in Civil / Structural Engineering with leadership qualities
- Minimum 4 or 5 years experience as Construction Supervisor, mainly from Construction/Mining companies
- Excellent experience managing construction teams and controlling budgets
- Required experiences in Construction of Hauling Roads, Barge, Jetty Port, Docks, Crusher, Rom Stock Pile and Product Complete
- Sound knowledge of construction site safety procedures, K3 / HSE
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, CorelDraw, MS Project, and Civil 3D

- To perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produce standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production, and providing geotechnical expertise and services to other departments.
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering
- Having “Pratama (POP) or Madya (PON)” Certification is preferable
- Have the ability to develop geotechnical standards, and conducting geotechnical assessment, and have knowledge of geotechnical and mine environmental in supporting mine production activities. With minimum of 3 years experiences
- Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software.
