Distribution Resource Planning Manager
Jakarta Raya

Main Purpose of the  Job :
  • Manage finish good movement in order to ensure the availability and meeting sales order
Responsibility :
  • Manage replenishment order for each DC stock point
  • Manage availability at each stock point
  • Review production plan against RO, Forecast  and Sales Order
  • Coordination with Demand planner manager, Logistic manager & Sales manager
  • Review Inventory policy based on latest actual operational parameter
  • Managing Stock level and movement to fulfill service level and controllable  working capital
  • Think and managing cost efficiency for schedule Plan  delivery from Plant to DC
  • Project management for Supply Planning initiated projects.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree majoring in any field
  • Have working experience at least 3 – 4 years in the same field
  • Communication Skills, Logical and Analytical Thinking,
  • Computer Skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint),
  • Advance English
Demand Planning Manager

Job Descriptions :
  • Develop strategy to ensure synergy among demand, supply and customer service to  align with Business objective and strategy
  • Ensure that the team deliver as measured by KPIs are achieved through efficient and effective use of resource, process and systems
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, supply and finance teams on SNOP process  life-cycle management (calendar)
  • Act as a liaison between demand, supply  and finance teams on product life-cycle management initiatives, inventory control and slob reduction
  • Coordinate all facets of the Sales & Operations process to provide best class forecast accuracy  as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives
  • Ensure that all Business Planning Tools used in Demand, Supply & Sales & Operations are accurate, updated, maintained & available for use by key users & top management for decision making & contro• Performs & handles other projects, initiatives, studies, & deliverables pertaining to Supply Chain as assigned by GM S&OP
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in demand management, planning, scheduling or other supply chain focus is required
  • 5+ years forecasting experience - with a leading forecasting package
  • Experience re-engineering and/or establishing  S&OP processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting technology or ERP systems is required, SAP experience a plus
  • Understanding of advanced supply chain concepts and their financial impact (inventory turns, cash flow and working capital) is required
  • High proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) is required
  • Consumer goods product experience in a high-volume national network  is strongly desired
  • Computer Skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint), Advance English, Communication Skills
