Telemarketing Executive (TM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound phone calls to new & existing Customers, to generate Sales Leads for follow up by Sales Account Executive (To get an appointment).
  • Identify & Qualify Customer IT needs on the phone.
  • Engage in Company activities and events (Exhibition, Seminars, etc).
Requirements:
  • Experience in Cold/Warm Calling and handling Customer Service (Business to Business).
  • General IT Knowledge, preferably in the area of IT Software Infrastructure, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Security Infrastructure, Network Management.
  • Ability to communicate in English will be highly preferable.
  • Professional & Pleasant attitude on the phone, able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team work.
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Internet, etc).
  • High School / D3 degree or equivalent in IT.
Account Manager (AM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Approach, follow up, and close sales deals (Enterprise Customers).
  • Maintain Customer needs based on Product & Services provided by PCMan.
  • Doing Sales activities by Phone, Email and customer visit.
  • Engage in Company Marketing activities and events (Exhibition, Promo, etc).
  • Learning Product Knowledge by Self Study, Discussion Groups, Seminars, etc.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Social Skill, Self Motivated & Driven, Able to work in a team.
  • General IT Knowledge, preferably in the area of IT Software Infrastructure, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Security Infrastructure, Network Management. Experience in selling solutions based on those areas will be highly preferable.
  • Own a vehicle (and Driving License) will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and any foreign language will be an advantage.
  • Minimum D3 Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experiences.
Marketing Administration (MA)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing administration activities.
  • Handle correspondences and communications to customers and partners by email, phone, fax.
Requirements:
  • High School / D3 degree or equivalent .
  • General IT Knowledge: Hardware (server, storage, PC, etc), Software and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate in English will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, team work, able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Internet, etc).
  • Can handle and communicate with principal.
