Customer Service Domestics
Responsibilities :
- Get Price from vendor (Airline, Shipping Line, trucking and etc.)
- Make a quotation to Client
- Follow up to get approval
- Arrange shipment once get approval from client :
- Booking trucking shipping line/ airlines
- Follow up documentation with client for shipment
- Coordinate with Operational ( Airport team & Tg. Priok) for Arranging the shipment
- Ensure shipment loaded or not to shipping line/ airlines
- Hand over document to Customer Service for Pre- Alert
- Monitoring cargo from departure to arrival at destination
- Make Final price to client
- Check cost
- Provide a weekly report to Operations Advisor
- Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet,andword-processing. Strong knowledge of Domestics and Filing.
- Minimum D3 / S1 from Management Transportation, Management Business Administration or Social Science
- Minimum 2 -3 years work experience in the same position.
- Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent administrative skill.
- Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and have continuous improvement spirit.
- Have a strong work ethic, be honest, dependable and responsible.
