PT ENERGY LOGISTICS is fully licensed to handle Customs Clearance and Formalities in Indonesia. We are members of AirConsol Network, an association of international Freight Forwarders connected to a web of logistics alliances. We also developed our own Track & Trace System which is very user friendly and a valuable tool for our clients in need of immediate detailed answers to their queries.

Through our sister company, PT ENERGY MARINE INDONESIA, we target the shipping needs of our clients. Our LCTs are chartered out for mobilizations within Indonesia.

Having being known as PT C&P Logistics Indonesia (est 2002) with an outstanding proven track record in the oil and gas business, we decided in 2010 to boost our corporate image with a name that would be more significant to the Industry. Customer Service Domestics

Responsibilities :
  • Get Price from vendor (Airline, Shipping Line, trucking and etc.)
  • Make a quotation to Client
  • Follow up to get approval
  • Arrange shipment once get approval from client :
    • Booking trucking shipping line/ airlines
    • Follow up documentation with client for shipment
    • Coordinate with Operational ( Airport team & Tg. Priok) for Arranging the shipment
    • Ensure shipment loaded or not to shipping line/ airlines
    • Hand over document to Customer Service for Pre- Alert
  • Monitoring cargo from departure to arrival at destination
  • Make Final price to client
  • Check cost
  • Provide a weekly report to Operations Advisor
Other Responsibilities :
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet,andword-processing. Strong knowledge of Domestics and Filing.
Requirements :Education & Certification
  • Minimum D3 / S1 from Management Transportation, Management Business Administration or Social Science
Experience
  • Minimum 2 -3 years work experience in the same position.
Others (if required)
  • Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent administrative skill.
  • Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and have continuous improvement spirit.
  • Have a strong work ethic, be honest, dependable and responsible.
