Started as an export/import, warehouse and transportation division at manufacturing and sales company in Gobel Group for PANASONIC product, now become as an independent logistics company to serve all the logistics needs. The business scale and capability become wide from electronics industry, telecomunication, FMCG and retail business. And it is not only provide the physical logistics activities such as warehouse and transportation services but also doing the function on logistics trader to handle the purchase order for one of hypermarket/superstore in Indonesia. One of the largest activities after electronics sector is telecomunication industry. Now, Gotrans has the Alcatel Lucent Indonesia to support in warehouse & inventory management, distribution to site and revert logistics, inventrory information system (by web application). The process from incoming goods until distribution has been handled for national scale to serve some of telcecomnication operator in Indonesia

Job Requirement :
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Department and General Affair in Logistics/ Transportation
- Capable in the HR partnering skill of coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication,analysis and problem solving
- Able to be hands on and understand the details of work, challenges, and solutions
- Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
