Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Explore opportunities and build partnership with third-party publishers.
- Maintain relationship with partners.
- Create strategy and execute online ads in Facebook and other social medias.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, or related departments. Fresh graduate may apply.
- Delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative.

Responsibilities:
- Building strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture at Tokopedia
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or focus groups.
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Conduct research studies of physical work environments, organizational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale, and motivation to assess organizational functioning.
- Conduct individual assessments, including interpreting measures and providing feedback for selection, placement, and promotion.
- Analyze job requirements and content to establish criteria for classification, selection, training, and other related personnel functions.
- Bachelor’s degree from all departments (preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management), maximum 30 years old.
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written is a must.

- Process user's fund withdrawal.
- Handle complaints.
- Respond to incoming email and phones enquiries.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor degree in any disciplines (Finance/Accounting/Banking/Tax/Management, or equivalent).
