PT Morinaga Kino Indonesia was esthablished since November 1st, 2013. PT Morinaga Kino Indonesia was result of joint venture by Morinaga & Co Ltd (Japan) and Kino Group (Indonesia). PT Morinaga Kino Indonesia engaged in manufacturing and sales of snacks, candy, and beverage in Indonesia.

Kino Corporation started as a small distribution company named PT Duta Lestari Sentratama back in 1991. Nowadays PT Duta Lestari Sentratama has grown significantly with 18 distribution points to handle its operation throughout Indonesia.

Expanding into the manufacturing industry, PT Kino Sentra Industrindo was built as a confectionary manufacturing company in 1997 with its factory located in Semarang, Central Java. PT Kino Sentra Industrindo keeps on actively creating a wide range of confectionary products such as candies, snacks and chocolates.

Another big step was taken in 1999, PT Kinocare Era Kosmetindo, manufacturer of a wide range of personal care products for all genders and ages was established. In 2003 PT Kinocare Era Kosmentindo enlarged its businesses further into homecare division by providing a wide range of homecare products under the brand Sleek. Later Kino stepped further into Beverage industries by producing Panther Energy Drink.

Expanding into Asian region, in 2004 Kino opened its first branch office in Malaysia with Kinocare (M) Sdn Bhd and Philippines with Kino Consumer Philippines. Kino also established distributorships with some other big distributor companies in Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam and Myanmar, Japan, Australia, Middle East & Africa. In 2012 Kino Consumer Vietnam opened to expand its distribution network in Southeast Asia.

Kino Corporation went further to establish PT Prime Restaurant Indonesia in 2005 that runs Chicken Story, an Indonesian cuisines restaurant. It also opened bubble tea outlet in 2012 that originally from Taiwan, Share Tea.

In recent time, Kino Corporation had license from WenKen Group Singapore to legally produce, distribute, and market Three Legs Brand or Cap Kaki Tiga in Indonesia since 2011.

Kino Corporation also had another joint venture with Morinaga & Company Limited from Japan to expand our business in Indonesia. It is PT Morinaga Kino Indonesia, which officially formed in 2013

IT Programmer (IT)
Requirement

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from informastion system or equivalent
• Preverable have 2 year experience as FP visual programmer and My-SQL database administration
• Have detail orientated, can work under pressure and high responsibility
• Willing to be placed at Kemayoran, Centre of Jakarta

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Modify current system to fit with company requirement
• Create additional system to support blank procedure
• Merge all tools to one systems
• Make sure company systems work perfectly
• Support all company system and give fast solution

Research & Development Staff (RND)
Requirement

• Female/Male, max 28 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from food technology mayor
• Preferable have experience as R & D Staff or Quality Control Staff
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Have knowledge about development product
• Good team work
• Willing to be placed at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identification of a product, from product concept and the raw materials.
• Doing research on the products that will be developed
• To evaluate the results of the research and make improvements
• Preparing equipment and materials for production trial if the product has been approved
• Mentoring launching new products

Accounting Staff (Code : AP)
Requirement

• Male, max 28 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from accounting mayor
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Have knowledge about accounting process
• Have excellent microsoft skill and detail orientated
• Have good team working and can work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at Kemayoran

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Verified material invoice with complete document before due date
• Accrual AP material
• Attach the invoice with PO and BPB
• Listing invoice to excel
• Updating debt card
• Closing according deadline time
• Coordination with purchasing, supplier, and other department

Marketing Data Analyst (Code : MD)
Requirement

• Male, max 35 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from information system or equivalent
• Preferable have experience in Marketing Analyst
• Have excellent microsoft skill and detail orientated
• Have good team working and can work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at Kemayoran

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Verification of claim Modern Trade
• Verification of claim Good Traditional Trade
• Ensure correct calculation of the claim
• Reconciliation with Finance department about claim

Brand Executive (Code : BE)
Requirement

• Male, max 28 years old.
• Minimum bachelor degree from any mayor.
• Preferable have experience on sales & marketing area
• Advance Chinese language skill
• Interest in marketing
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Have good communication and negotiation skill
• Willing to have business trip out of town
• Willing to be placed at Kemayoran

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes current performance, trends and market conditions
• Responsible for brand building, brand sales analysis
• Controlling marketing activities that are running, control the execution of future media advertising (ATL / BTL)
• Maintain and prepare Point Of Sale Materials (POSM ) for marketing activities

Customer Market Insight (CMI)
Requirement

• Female, max 30 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree from Communication/Food Technology/Marketing
• Preferable have experience in conducting market research (qualitative & quantitative), product research and panel test
• Preferable have experience in agency of market research
• Willing to be placed at Kemayoran

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct external market research (Qualitative test and Quantitative test)
• Conduct internal panel test
• Coordination with Rnd & BDV Manager to analyst sample with sensory test
• Make report both internal and external panel test
• Coordination with agency for external market research
