Xtree Site Representative
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery of the Subsea Completion System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
- Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.
- Review of Contractors design of the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) design and preparation of comment sheets
- Expediting of technical interfaces
- Daily site inspection and interfacing with contractor
- Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Lead and Xtree & WO Engineer
- Follow-up the detail engineering performed by the SPS Contractor relevant to the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools).
- Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, company standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;
- Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of the Subsea Completion System, X-mas Tree System and Workover System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools);
- Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Xtree & WO engineer Manager;
- Ensure that all internal and external Interfaces (especially with Rig Contractor) are correctly managed by Contractor;
- Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the the X-mas Tree System and Work Over System (including all the Tree and Work Over Risers Tools) Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT)
- Support to offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up
- The job holder must have engineering degree (Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineer are preferable)
- Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for X-tree & Work Over System
- Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Project.

Main Responsibilities
- To supervise the Umbilical manufacturing and testing activities ensuring that contractor works are performed according to project specifications, budget and schedule and respecting all the relevant QA standards and HSE procedures and regulations.
- To support the Company Development Team during Project Execution Phase in manufacturing/ testing (performed by Subsea Contractor) and supervision of installation Contractor of subsea umbilical system, (including , UTA and related foundations), ensuring that Project requirements, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met.
- Follow-on the Umbilical manufacturing and testing activities.
- Assure compliance of SPS Contractor and Installation Contractor with job standards and specifications for the discipline.
- Support the SPS Detail Engineering Coordinator and Umbilical Engineer in the review of the engineering.

Main Responsibilities

- To supervise manifold and SSIV installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required

Subsea Structure Installation Superintendent
Main Responsibilities
- To ensure delivery of the subsea structure system (including connection system and related foundations) in line with the Project objectives.
- To review the specification, design and supply (performed by Contractor) of the subsea structure System (including tie in/connection system), ensuring that Project objectives, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met.
- To ensure the subsea structure system performance, install ability and operability.
- To ensure that the subsea structure system technical interfaces with other systems or activities of the Project are considered by the Contractor at all times.
- To support the company Development Team during Project Execution Phase in the engineering, design, fabrication and testing (performed by Contractor) of subsea structure system (Manifold, SSIV, PLET, FLET etc.), ensuring that Project requirements, industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cost are met.
- Perform Site visit and interfacing with the Contractor and other package (RFI and SPS package);
- To assist, if required, on the preparation of user manual and installation procedure by Contractor and assist installation campaign.
- To interface with Company Project Interface Engineer to manage and expedite all the RFI Contractor interfaces with other Project Contractors.
- Follow-on the fabrication activities with supporting the Site Representative or the Inspector.

Project Equipment Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- To provide expediting support on the materials or equipment packages purchased globally for the Jangkrik project mainly under the three major subcontracts (FPU, SPS & RFI packages)
- To monitor and report suppliers performance in terms of delivery schedule in order to prevent any delay.
- Responsible to monitor and in advance alert and mitigate the impacts of late material delivery on the main contracts and on the project schedule.
- Liaise with the relevant HQ departments & coordinate all project related expediting activities including the management and supervision of project material inspectors and expeditor.
- Responsible for all project related expediting activities.
- Monitor compliance of both Subcontractors contractual obligations of materials/equipment provision
- Coordinate timely flow of engineering documents / certificates / test reports / inspection reports between contractors and internal parties by interfacing with all necessary departments (engineering, construction, QA/QC etc.)
- To monitor the execution of project delivery schedule and take remedial action in case of slippage and liaise with Project Team
- Maintain and update and issue, Expediting Reports to include problem areas with suitable recommendations
- Liaise with inspectors, logistics providers, and any concerned parties with respect to timely release and delivery of equipment/materials to site
- Follow-up with all Contractors/Subcontractors to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform field visits as necessary with Supplier/sub-supplier to ensure work is in progress in accordance with manufacturing schedule and issue Expediting Report on progress
- Ensure that contractors/subcontractors are familiar with equipment inspection requirements; provide consistent communication with contractor/inspections teams to assure all inspections are completed in a timely manner
- Provide support and technical assistance to other members of the Project Team in verifying and/or resolving of queries (Tech. Documentation, Variation order Request, Payment Certificates) they might have.
- Provide feedback on lessons learnt from Contract Administration activities.
- Ensure the consistent application of all relevant eni expediting methodologies and procedures throughout the Jangkrik Project.
Qualifications required
- Engineering degree or any related degree
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in similar position & industry
- Experienced in, expediting and material coordination of Oil and Gas projects
- Offshore construction project experience involving offshore pipeline, dealing with subsea structures, PLEM SPF, riser and umbilical fabrication and FPU construction.
- Have a proven track record of dealing with Inspectors and Inspection agencies.
