The Account Executive acts as a link between clients and the agency. He/she is responsible for handling communication with clients on a daily basis including project management. He/she is responsible for liaising between the clients and agency members to coordinate web design and development or online marketing campaigns. Account Executive must also be able to apply significant knowledge of industry trends to improve services to our clients.
Job Description:
- Initiate kick-off meeting and help project manager gather project requirements from client
- Build a knowledge base of each client’s business and objectives
- Act as a link between clients and the agency

The Project Manager is responsible to provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. He/She must be able to applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. He/She must be able to mentors junior developers, reviews work of development team and easily recognizes system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.Job Description:
- Manage projects and work with developers and designers team to ensure systems and implementations are according to client's requirements and meet deadlines
- Prepare work estimates according to project and customer requirements
- Prepare and review project plans to organize and coordinate project activity
- Manage and oversee ticketing system

Sales Executive must be able to understand industry trends and apply significant knowledge to answer all questions from clients.
