Product Manager (Janssen Division)

Responsibilities:
- Develop brand/product strategies tailored to Indonesia market, for new product launch and in-line brands.
- Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through various marketing funnels.
- Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials.
- Works productively with external stakeholders and cross functional groups within the organization.
- Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication.
- Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness.
- Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity.
- Builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting busines.
- Reporting to Franchise Manager
- Minimum Bachelor degree. MBA preferred.
- Experienced as product manager/associate product manager in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry min 2 years.
- Candidates with marketing background in consumer industry are also welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills. Enjoys meeting new people.
- Candidates with project experiences working with non profit organizations, NGOs, etc. are preferred.
