Sr Process Engineer
Provide a Process Engineer to assist in the design for offshore oil and gas production facilities. The engineer will be responsible for the design of process including selecting and specifying appropriate equipment. Engineer must be familiar with recognized international codes and standards issued by the following organizations:
- American Petroleum Institute (API),
- American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
- Instrument Society of American (ISA), and
- National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Process, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering and at least ten (10) years applicable experience in the design and construction of offshore oil and gas production facilities.
- Must be familiar with the applicable government and industrial codes and standards, and be prepared to assist in the design of similar process systems.
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
The inspection certification engineer will provide assistance to the HO inspection certification by coordinating jobs related to pipeline, corrosion control and equipment certification in order to maintain and record all equipment validity certificates as per government and other external regulation.
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with related P&ID, ASME-code, API, ANSI, AWS, ASTM, Welding procedure specification, PQR, etc.
- Have knowledge in the oil and gas facilities, corrosion fundamental and pipeline structure design.
- Communicative, good decision making, good organizational skill, practical.
Prepares and implements overall project planning and execution, including the contract preparation & implementation, schedule, budget and actual expenditures as well as gives advices on potential delays or cost overruns to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
