Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
- Providing legal opinion, review and drafting Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.
- Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures
- Male / Female max. 45 years old
- Holding Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Min. 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, espcesially from Property, law firm or public listed company (Tbk)
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities in the Planning Phase
- Coordinate project activities on Supporting the Implementation Phase
- Giving Direction and Controlling at the project site
- Giving briefing about the work instructions
- Conducting Controlling activities in the field
- Creating and providing project work report
- Male with age is not more than 40 years old.
- S-1 Civil Engineer / Architecture.
- Graduated from a reputable university with GPA min. 3 (out of 4).
- Minimum has 5 years of experiences in construction management of high rise building and minimum 3 years of experiences as Site Manager for construction projects.
- Preferably has experience in super block development or apartment buildings or office towers.
- Highly skilled in construction management .
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
- Has a strong leadership and good command. High integrity and professional.

- IPK minimal 2.75
- Pengalaman sebagai pengawas lapangan di Property Developer, Kontraktor, Konsultan minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki integritas, kepemimpinan yang baik,dan detail
