Controller Accounting
Your Role
  • Manage the cost accounting, inventory management.
  • Manage product standard costing.
  • Margin analysis
  • Financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate and proper in line with the Group Accounting policy.
  • Mature and can manage work load pressures positively
Your Profile
  • Education: S1 in accountancy
  • Working experience: min 3 years prior working experience in accounting. Prior experiences in cost accounting would be good.
  • Dynamic and pro-active in managing issues.
  • Possess sense of responsibility. Honor the reporting deadline.
  • Take ownership on anything he/she does.
  • An efficient and effective person.
  • English proficiency in speaking & writing ability
Planner (PPIC)
Your Role
  • Create and maintain Master Production Schedule
  • Maintain planning system and make daily planning for production.
  • Follow up production control with check planning versus actual production
  • Follow up stock of raw material and supporting material based on Master Production Schedule
  • Daily update FG ready for shipment (actual VS SAP)
  • Create shipping mark, and additional label for shipment purposes
  • Coordinate with WHS staff regarding detail FG stuffing, to WH process pre shipment
Your Profile
  • S1 Industrial Engineering with 2 years experiences in production and management inventory / warehouse (S1 Fresh Graduated can apply)
  • Familiar with SAP system and Warehousing system ( LIFO & IFO)
  • Good Team work, independent & have drive for result
  • Understand ISO 9001-2008 procedure
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability and proficient in MS Office
Purchasing - Tactical Buyer
Your Role
  • Manage the total Purchasing process (sourcing & procurement) for important/technical Local purchase.
  • Implement ways to increase overall process efficiency
  • Support local, regional (and global) purchasing and category management
  • Interact as account manager towards internal customers for local purchase from purchase to pay (from request to order, making contracts, follow up of complaints.)
  • Look potential source supply in cooperation with the local purchasing manager, the category manager & the internal customer
  • Lead the full purchasing process for product or service, final negotiation included.
  • Decide independently on tactical purchase order within a predetermined budget/spent fork,.
  • Participate in strategic sourcing teams to assist and to represent the purchasing volume of his/her location within the team
Your Profile
  • Hold a University Degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the plant.
  • Excellent knowledge of products, parts, components, etc. frequently purchased and their applications. Keeps pace with evolution in technology, new products, new application.
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
  • Have good analytical thinking, integrity, and customer oriented.
  • Have good work commitment and good communication skills.
ISC Production Manager
Your Role
  • Ensure production processes are stable and reliable to ensure realization of targets related to output, productivity and cash cost. Includes staffing, capacity planning, investments, etc.
  • Ensures accurate production planning is taken place and produce Half Product products according to the required spec by the customers and on time delivery.
  • Defines the KPI's for the Half Product operation and ensures the deployment down to the work floor.
  • Determines manning of machines and installations and use of equipment in consultation with planner.
  • Follows up on and analyses production parameters such as efficiencies, productivity, EHS, rejects, scrap, consumption,
  • Manage inventory of Filament (WIP) and FG in efficient manner through good coordination between WH, Planner, and Half Product dept
  • Taking the necessary actions to ensure that the inventory target levels of WIP, FG and delivery reliability targets are met.
  • Ensures the right number of qualified people is in place in line with current and future expansion needs of the operations.
  • Develop subordinates in order to deliver best performance and to develop them
  • Ensure and support plant compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.
Your Profile
  • University graduate with 7 years experience in production and technical.
  • Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, also financial issue
  • Good analytical and have drive for result
  • Focus on customers need and foster open communication within the plant
  • Good leadership and able to provide directions
  • Have knowledge in Environment Management System (EMS) and have received training in ISO 14000
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS.
Customer Account Officer
Your Role
  • You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates
  • You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate all the pre-shipment and after shipment activities
  • You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their inquiries and meeting their demands
Your Profile
  • You hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy, Accounting, or Logistics with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, shipping, exim, or logistics
  • You will handle the inquiries, order, deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production technical department to fulfill all the customer needs
  • You are well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
  • Having experience in using SAP or other ERP software & knowledge of export procedure is an advantage
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability and proficient in MS Office
