Pru Hospital Friend (based in Pekanbaru)
Provide assistance to Prudential customers for registration process in hospital admission as well as to receive and provide solutions to inquiries from customers
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in any major with minimum1 year experience in customer service from life insurance,
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,
- Has good interpersonal and communication skill,
- Will be located in Prudential hospital partners in Pekanbaru,
- Willing to work on Saturday within 2 shifts (7AM – 3PM & 1PM – 9PM)
Making sure that all digital communications in the various types and formats are according to guidelines, and consistent in order to build and maintain good company image and improve communications among internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communications or other related disciplines
- Min 5 years experiences in digital communications and other related disciplines
- Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing, writing and editing, and managing digital & social media communication channels
- Possess a strong background in the digital and social media space, and marketing communications.
- Demonstrate a very good skills in writing and CMS handling.
- Responsible for control and coordinate for purchasing functions
- Create and monitor Purchase Order issued by Purchasing Department
- Provide information related to purchasing activities including supplier selection through competitive bidding process, review, and administration
- Bachelor degree in any major with minimum 1 years relevant experience.
