Requirements:
- Have proven experience minimum 1 year in Stamping & ED Coating
- D3/SI from reputable university with comprehensive experience
- High achievement & Motivated personality
- Innovative, communicative, has a strong personality and good Negotiation skill
- Own vehicle and have driving license
- Able to work under pressure
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from reputable university
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer Knowledge & Payroll System
- A minimum 2 years experience preferable in manufacturing
- Excellent knowledge & skills in HR Procedures & Processes, Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Labor Laws & Regulation & Industrial Relation.
- High integrity, responsible and good interpersonal & communication skills
- Posess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
- Self-motivated with strong time management ability to prioritze deadlines
- Working experience in PMA environment
