Finance & Accounting Manager
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 45 years old
• S1 Accounting/Finance, plus several years Audit/Financial experience
• Experience as Accounting and or certain Finance Manager, Audit Manager at least 7 years
• Familiar with Accounting, Tax, Export Import and IT Basic
• Familiar with SAP Program and other Accounting Software
• Capability to do analyzing and judgment all aspect of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Export/Import process, approaching and cooperation with all related party and third party
• Smart, good communicator with all staff
• Proactive, adviser, working independently and as a team
• Be proficient in English

Human Resources Development Manager
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Male/Female, min. 40 years old
• S1 Degree on any discipline, preferable Law or Psychology
• Experience as HRD Manager at least 7 years
• Strong knowledge and comprehension on Human Resources System
• Strong knowledge and Comprehension on Indonesian Labor Law and Regulation
• Strong knowledge and comprehension on Recruitment System.
• Strong knowledge and comprehension on People Development System.
• Strong knowledge and comprehension on Performance Management System.
• Strong knowledge and comprehension on Remuneration & Benefit System
• Familiar with Payroll Software and other HR Software
• Mature and have leadership skill, negotiation skill, communication skill
• Proactive, adviser, working independently and as a team
• Computer literate
• Be proficient in English
