Standard Costing Supervisor (SCOS-SBY2)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Quality Controller/Assurance in property developer or contractor
- Have a strong leadership skill
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
Requirements:
- Age max. 27 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or Management
- Min. 2 years experience as Purchasing or Procurement Admin
- Computer literate (Ms Office)
- Familiar with administration process
- Innovative, communicative, and high motivated person
- Willing to be placed in BSD City or Jakarta
Requirements:
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Senior High School or equivalent
- Minimium 1 year experience as Cashier
- Able to operate cashier machine
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
- Prepare various finance reports (budgets, financial statements, performance report, etc.)
- Manage and control Cash Flow and Budget (achievement to income and expense)
- Assist the Finance Department Head in formulating and reviewing finance/accounting processes / policies throughout the company to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
- Supervise staff
- Other duties as and when assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in property developer company is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Possess good leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Able to work under tight - long schedule.
- Willing to work in BSD area.
