Shareholders of the company consists of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with 85.12%, Societe Generale de Surveillance SA owned 10.40%, and 4.48% owned by PT Sucofindo.PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) established on August 1, 1991. At first the company's mission is to assist the Government of Republic Indonesia in expediting the flow of capital goods and equipment to Indonesia from all over the world through pre-shipment inspection services of international standards. Along with the development of the company since April 1997 to formulate the company's mission as a surveyor services company that aims to become a leading partner in the field of survey, inspection, consulting, and services associated with high competence to operate in the global market.
