With a long experience as a manufacturer of building materials, we have been through various tests which include, in terms of quality, procurement, service, distribution and patterns of cooperation with suppliers, in order to meet the ever increasing market requirements. Now, Djabesmen roof has been used in the entire country in a variety of projects. Even also exported to many other countries.

1. Sales (Retail) Department Head (SDH) - Jakarta Pusat
   Working with distributors to build productive and sustainable distribution network. S1 with 5 years of sales experience in building materials, FMCG
2. Accounting Department Head - Cibitung / Karawang
   Cost Accounting (COS), General Accounting (ACC)
   Have intimate exposure to various manufacturing processes. S1 in Accounting with 5 years of experience as an accounting chief in a manufacturing entity
3. Production Department Head (PRD) - Cikarang / Karawang
   Lead a few hundred strong and be in charge for output, costs and quality. Responsibilities include continuous improvement to adapt to the changing business needs and ensure workplace health and safety. The candidate must posses an Engineering degree with 5 years of relevant experience
4. Maintenance Department Head (MTN) - Cikarang
   S1 in Mechanical, with 5 years of relevant technical experience. Have a solid conseptual know-how and hands-on deployment experience in prevention and productive maintenance
5. Warehouse Department Head (WHS) - Cibitung / Karawang
   Responsibilities include maintaining an optimum stock level and stock security as well as accuracy. S1 with 5 years of relevant experiences
6. HRD & GA Department Head (HRD) - Cikarang / Karawang
   Have understanding in industrial relation, manpower regulations, performance appraisal, administrative personnel and asset management. S1 with 5 years of hands-on exposure in a manufacturing company
