Process Engineer
- Design the technical process for desired physical and/or transformation of chemicals
- Lead management of change process
- Perform detail technical feasibility on CAPEX / Project through Process Risk Assesment (PRA), Project Scoping & Design, and data Analysis
- Improve current processto satisfy all stakeholders by focusing on Safety, Quality, Dependability, Flexibility & Cost Effectiveness
- S1 from Chemical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- 5 years experience in handling and execute massive project design at chemical or petroleum companies
- Deep understanding and strong in Process Safety and Project Management
- Expert in using AutoCAD & familiar with PFD and P & ID
- Inspirational leadership & the ability to work accross a matrix organization
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative & creative thinking
- Develop and perform preventive and predictive maitnenance program on time based in related to time available
- Perform critical equipment analysis & root cause analysis to avoid recurrence issue in the future
- Manage contractors and third parties performance which deal with engineering activities
- Ensure all registered regulatory and permits are compliance timely
- S1 in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university which has 5 years experience as Maintenance Planner at Chemical Company
- Strong leadership and able to lead innovative team
- Visionary and able to work in complexity job with tight schedule
- Depth understanding of RCM, Assets management and CMMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
