Set up as an independent subsidiary company in 1981, it officially operated as a wholly legal entity in 1985.Benefitting from the Know-How and Know-Who gained during all those times operating as the afore-mentioned division, Encona Inti Industri (EII) proceeded to organize and manage general and specialized projects such as Petrochemical plants, Production or Processing industries, Power plants, Heavy Industrial facilities and Infrastructure projects.
