Its subsidiary in Singapore, Wacker Chemical ( South Asia ) Pte Ltd., is looking for highly motivated and dedicated talents to join for the following position in Indonesia.

Market Development Manager
Targeted industries are Silicone Rubber Industry, Automotive, Electronic and Household market.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and promote WACKER Indonesia offering for the Silicone Rubber Industry, Automotive, Electronic and Household in Indonesia.
• Syastematically collect, analyze and present customer, market and industry trend.
• Provide firt hand technical service to customers
• Develop, maintain and enhance customer relationships with existing and potential customers
• Maintain, manage, and supervise sales patners (Distributorsa and agents)
• Responsible for profitable growth of WACKER business in Indonesia.

Key requirement:

• Possess a broad technical understanding as well as an education in chemistry related science
• Al least 5 years experience in B2B sales oc specialty chemicals
• Experience in the Silicone Rubber Industry, Automotive and Electronic industry
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eagerness to develop new markets, applications and customers
• Confident and assertive personality, along with target oriented and persistent attitude.
• Fluency both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
