SVP Business Development (BUD)
Responsibilities
- Support head of BUD in development of business strategy, set up market intelligent, liaise IIGF to contracting agencies, research in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) of infrastructure project related to IIGF project guarantee, and development of BUD work plan and budget.
- Ensure effectiveness of consultation and guidance process to potential client, prepare and evaluate of project screening process prior to confirmation to proceed.
- Development of capacity building to contracting agencies regarding development of Public Private Partnerships project to ensure potential project can be proceed to IIGF guarantee.
- Prepare report of BUD division and maintain of management information system of Operation Directorate.
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
- MBA or MM from Overseas University is advantage.
- At least 10 years experience in development of infrastructure projects, including 5 years in infrastructure project development, relationship-building skills with government officers and international investors
- Good liaison skill with government officers and private sector
Responsibilities
- The EA exists to support the COO through analytical inputs on operation, marketing, finance, legal and systems. This will also be responsible for admin support in communication and executive calendar
- Monitors over-all company operation to provide the COO accurate and up-to-date information (e.g. processes, quality and others) in aid of short-term interventions and long-term solutions
- Recommends actions based on numerical and/or qualitative information from research, observation, and situational analysis as needed by the COO
- Prepares correspondence of the COO, takes down minutes of meeting and builds documentation ensuring proper dissemination as required
- Follows-up on decisions made during management meetings to update the COO and help ensure that they are properly executed or implemented
- Collects and consolidates reports and performance updates from various divisions to monitor performance
- Prepares an executive summary of performance reports collated as needed by the COO
- Advanced degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting from Overseas University is an advantage.
- At least 7 years Experience in Risk Management/Executive Role in Financial Industry, Banking, Insurance or Real Sector, including Experience in Infrastructure Project for 3 – 5 years
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the QA of the guarantee proposal process
- Evaluate and appraise the project and make the most optimal Project Guarantee structure
- Propose the scheme of the Gurantee Structure in the Guarantee Agreement
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
- Advanced degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting from Overseas University is an advantage.
- At least 15 years Experience in Risk Management/Executive Role in Financial Industry, Banking, Insurance or Real Sector, including Experience in Infrastructure Project for 3 – 5 years
