Draughtbeer Technician (Teknisi Mesin Pendingin)
Bali

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance, inspection, and sanitation of the draughtbeer equipments at our outlets.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder (D3) from Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or Polytechnic.
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant background.
  • Understanding in Cooling System is a must.
  • Having car driving license (SIM A)
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Willing to work on holidays when required.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written.
  • Computer literate and mastering the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong personality, energetic, performance-driven, team minded, highly responsible
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good time management skill
Finance Administration
Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for administrative job related to invoice payment process and reporting
  • Ensure the invoices are valid and properly approved; and identify the due date for payment
  • Check the amount of invoices and compare with the amount within SAP system
  • Obtain and prepare all data required for payments and receipts for transactions and movement of equities
  • Check the amount of expenditures (particularly for free products given to relations/clients) are in line with the set budget
Requirements:
  • University graduates (S1) from accounting, finance, business administration, or other related background
  • Having 1 year experience in similar area. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking
  • Will be placed in Tangerang Area
External Relation Coordinator
Jawa Timur - Mojokerto

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate/develop, implement, monitor, evaluate the community development.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and establish good relations with the respective government by submitting all reports timely, ensuring easy retrieval of the licenses, permits,and other relevant documents.
  • Establish a database of environmental issues and risks, ensuring all environment-related reports are submitted timely.
  • Active to support trial relation with reduce and recycle waste to minimize environmental issue.
  • Maintain good relationship with external parties, create environment harmony with local community, respective local governments, police/military, NGOs and key opinion leaders.
  • Educate the local communities about the brewery operations through activities that raise awareness and involve direct interactions between brewery personnel with local communities; be alert and sensitive towards local issues and needs.
  • Plan, monitor, review, control and report on the External Relations Budget.
  • Maintain contacts with existing local media on a regular basis and develop proper database and profiling of the local media.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Law or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): English Comunication, MS. Office, Community Development.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or Employee/Labour Relation.
