Hongkong Land is looking for highly motivated and suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:

1. ARCHITECTURAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Application Code: ASPM)
2. STRUCTURE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Application Code: C&S SPM)
3. M&E SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Application Code: M&E SPM)
4. PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Application Code: QS SPM)

Job Description:

• Competent in design management and project implementation procedures.
• Familiar with high rise residential developments.
• Ensure the development is delivered to the highest quality.
• Identify and anticipate problems, recommend productive solutions, and take effective measures to mitigate risk to the project.
• Ensure that the project design and inspection procedures and professional standards are implemented and being followed and provide suggestions to the Project Director on areas of improvement for quality procedures.
• Ensure the timely completion and submission of required design reports or any technical documents in the submission of designs for approval to the authorities.
• Reports to the Project Director.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized university degree in their relevant field.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience, with dominant exposure to high rise residential developments.
• Previous experience with a real estate developer would be an advantage.
• Understand all phases of the design and project implementation process.
• Experienced in residential high-rise apartment.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good communication and ability to work effectively with consultants and professional peers.
• Self-motivated and highly innovative, with an eye for details and an ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations.
• Able to multi-task in a fast pace work environment.

5. HEAD OF MARKETING & PROMOTION (Application Code: M&P )

Job Description

• Set-up and develop the Sales Department, including set and meet Sales targets, forecasts and budgeted revenue.
• Draw up the sales and marketing related activities and strategic planning.
• Analyse competition and recommend the appropriate marketing strategy(prices, promotions offered on a regular basis etc.).
• Recruit, train, monitor and develop the Sales team that delivers on company goals and reflects its values.
• Monitor the sales team production and activities through regular reports.
• Execute against a budget with specified revenue, expense, profit, and headcount amounts, and leads the execution of company sales programs and policies.
• Develop and foster good rapport with the public, media and press in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the Project.
• Reports to the Project Director.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized university degree in his/her relevant field.
• Strong Sales/Marketing background in the property industry.
• At least 8 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Strong command in Bahasa Indonesian & the English Language.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet targets.
• Possess strong leadership, good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace work environment.)
