Planning Specialist
Job Location: Banten - Cilegon
Responsibility
- Coordinate, review and maintain demand and supply mapping for Asia Pacific South Region.
- Participate in the implementation of Cabot Global monthly S&OP processes.
- Provide monthly report of demand and supply planning for Asia Pacific South Region.
- Proactively participate in business related projects for Asia Pacific South Region.
- High quality candidate proven by the academic record (min GPA : 2.9) and graduated in less than 4 years, along with leadership positions in non-academic activities
- Fresh graduate of engineering is welcome but experience in supply chain will be an advantage
- Confident to communicate in English both spoken and written
- Confident to make a presentation in English or Bahasa
- Great Analytical Thinking and comfortable to work with numbers
Job Location: Banten (Cilegon-Merak)
Responsibility
- Achieve targeted uptime for the plant, and established Plant Reliability in regards to Process Engineering (production) Section
- Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
- Able to review, calculate and approve P&ID
- Very conversant in terms of Engineering standard
- Able to supervising technician in drawing realization
- Travel to other Sites if needed
- Able to translate equipment manual into an executable operating procedure for technicians without losing the key points. Able to Deliver SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) training to technician, as needed
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering from Reputable University)
- Strong analytical skill and good communication skill
- Required skill(s): Pump and Piping design, Mass and energy Balance Calculation, Equipment sizing etc
- Preferred skill(s): Fluent in standard engineering design, Basic Process Engineering Calculation Software
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering from reputable university (GPA 3.0)
- Familiar with standards and code for I/E applications
- Experienced at least 5 years in Project area of chemical/petrochemical company
- Fluent at speaking and writing in English
- Ability in process related calculation
- Flexibility at working independently or being part of a team
- Accostumed to work under a tight schedule of activities and completion
- Willing to work in Merak or Cilegon area
