Network Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospect, providing product information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Act as liaison between the various business units.
  • Responsible to deliver sales quota as per company’s expected both to current and or new customer.
  • Develop an effective, ongoing business relationship with business partner and customers.
  • Promote company product and services by creating an opportunities from customer’s need and company’s product and services.
  • Work with service operation team to ensure product and services are delivered as per customer expectation.
  • Conduct sales support activities (documentation, proposals, etc)
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring customers problem are addressed with related parties both internal and external.
Requirements:
  • Good networking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, high motivation, neat, accurate, responsible, thinking out of the box and proactive.
  • Knowledge and having experience about Networking Services and Solution (TCP/IP,VLAN,Routing)
  • Certification in Cisco Sales Expert an added advantage
  • Having minimum 3 years/proven track record of selling IT products and solution to government & commercial vertical business area (Having experience in System Integrator company more preferably).

Networking Solution Product Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive go-to-market plans especially in networking technology fields that increase revenue and improve market position in key market segments
  • Drive outbound marketing strategies to improve awareness, sales pipeline and market position
  • Manage content development for sales training field sales force and channel partners.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate product presentation, sales enablement workshop to channel partners and end user opportunities.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate sales and marketing related research on competitive vendors
  • Establish external relationships with key customers to use as an external sounding board for product marketing efforts
  • Monitor industry and technology trends
  • Plan Go-To-Market activities to drive product awareness and create lead opportunities
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must be a team player and good follow-up skills on sales opportunity
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably prior experience in IT system integrator or IT distribution sales.
Business Development Manager for Oracle

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle Indonesia
  • Working thru LoB Sales and Account Manager to develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Working thru LoB Sales and Account Manager to seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers
  • Advise LoB Sales and Account Manager to generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies
  • Support LoB Sales and Account Manager to drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
  • Collaborate with ISS LoB Head and Practice Head to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
  • Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer developments
  • Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
  • Ensure all communication with relevant customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format

Requirements:
  1. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, IT or similar field of study
  2. Required Experience : 3 or more years of progressive business development, sales, project management experience in the IT market.
  3. Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications: Professional license preferred,  Excellent presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills, Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions

Responsibilities:
  • As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible in supporting Sales Team on proposal and solutions to customer. Your responsibility will include meeting with customer to understand their requirements and come out with proposal, presenting the solution and design to customer, and generating bill of materials for quotations. You are contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with LOB specialist to win the business in manufacturing industry (MFG) area, especially JOC segment.
Requirements:
  • You are required to have deep knowledge in manufacturing process (Sales order, purchase order, AR and AP; production planning; inventory and warehouse; and distribution). You must have at least diploma degree, minimal 5 (five) years experience in related field.
  • You are required to have deep technical skills that can be translated into customer solutions, and communicate technically and businesses to customer. You must have good analytical and problem solving skill. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have willingness to travel. You must have ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements. You are self motivated, quick learner, and proactive.
  • You are required to have excellent interpersonal skill to built professional relationship, and have customer handling skill. You must have excellent command of written and spoken in English and presentation skills.
