Prima Multi Artha pioneering its business by trading coals. Our domestic markets in Indonesia lies from Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi to Nusa Tenggara Timur and Nusa Tenggara Barat islands. As for overseas markets, our regular clients comes from countries such as China and India.

By the end of 2011, PT. Prima Multi Artha signing a long-term contract deal with one of the company in China with quantity of 1.000.000 MT per year, begin on January 2012.

Also in year 2011, PT. Prima Multi Artha reach with the revenue growth of 135% compare to the year of 2010. PT. Prima Multi Artha has raise the selling target by 2.200.000 MT per year for the year of 2012. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of experiences in HRM, Mining & Industry relation
• Experience at the senior HR managerial level with a reputable medium to large company
• Familiar with HR training modules, schedule and process
• Proactive, good adaptability, good communication, problem solver, good personality, independent, good timing management and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in English language, written and oral
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Willing to travel on weekly basis

GEOLOGIST (GEO)

Requirements:

• Having min 5 years in Geological (Coal mining exploration)
• Software literate such as AutoCad, Surpac, Minescape, Archgis/Map Info
• Applicants must be willing to work in Central Kalimantan
