Banking Operational Staff

  • STRICTLY FOR FRESH GRADUATES ONLY
  • Banking Operation Staff is responsible for daily maintenance of operational activities in the Back Office area of our Bank.
  • This program will provide a great starting foundation for young fresh graduates aspiring to be bankers, to understand the fundamentals of a bank's daily operation.
  • This challenging opportunity will be available for fresh graduates of bachelor's degree only. Max age: 26 years old.
Requirement

General Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing): TOEIC score 750 above or TOEFL score 500 above.
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from reputable University in Indonesia or Overseas University with min GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00).
  • Able and has good experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as MS. Word, MS. Excel and MS. Power Point.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and analytical skill, able to work in a dynamic working environment, highly motivated, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, excellent team player and able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Maintaining a remarkable legacy and achievement shall be done through a continuous improvement in human resources area. Talent Recruitment Program, a high quality learning and development program combining with ,a well-designed experience, and high quality surroundings to prepare the next generation of future leaders to be able work in real-life working environment, with practical yet strategically smart method. It is a combination of in-class learning, and structured deployment. The trainees will also have a chance to present their creative ideas to the Board of Evaluator for the improvement of the Bank.
Program Overview
  • Learning Camp designed for the trainees to gain a deeper knowledge and solid foundation about comprehensive related banking industry knowledge. At the same time it will encourage you to develop your soft skill in the business environment.
  • On The Job Deployment Experience the trainees are able to experience all the banking, from back office to front office. It certainly will enrich the trainees’ experience toward the bank, and give a larger perspective within the banking industry.
  • Learning Break will enhance the trainees’ skills and knowledge in selected crucial areas needed for the deployment. It will enlarge their perspectives toward the working environment and banking industry in particular as well.
  • Trainees will be highly evaluated from various sides, from HR Department, up to the Management level. This process ensures that the trainees will be able to deliver the most suitable result and promising impact to the business function.
  • Graduation. This is the final stage of TRP trainees Learning Program. From this moment on, trainees will be allocated to various functions within the bank and it is highly expected that the trainees can implement all the learning result they have been gaining through the whole learning stages as explained beforehand. Furthermore, they are expected to be able to create direct impact to the bank as well as to the society.

  • Graduated from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 out of scale 4.00 or equivalent
  • Bachelor degree (max age 25), Master degree (max age 27)
  • Experienced candidate is acceptable, with no more than 2 -year working experience
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
