Building Control Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project's progress continually based on project's time-table.
- Making decision to solve the problem in the project.
- To guide and evaluating subordinate performance to maintain project development.
- Monitoring and supervising renovation process and building plots in order to conform with the permit has been issued.
- Executing non conformity renovation process.
- To make and evaluating Project Quality Plan.
- Coordinating with related project department periodically.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or Property Development/Real Estate Management from reputable Universities.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Building Control Manager in reputable developer company, contractor, or consultant, especially in Low Rise/Township/Landed House project development.
- Preferably managers specializing in civil engineering or equivalent. Job role in project management or Quality Control/Assurance.
- Mature person, age between 30 to 40 years old.
