IT Officer (ITO)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance of IT hardware and software
- Investigate IT hardware and software problems and issues raised by users
- Proactive monitoring of IT hardware and their related equipment
- Installing and setting up hardware and software of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Sciences/Information Technology with min. GPA 2.50
- At least 1 years of working experience in related field
- Have ability in IT Networking Field, such as TCP/IP, Windows Server, Firewall, Router
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot performance issues related to system, network, storage
- Fast learner, Strong analytical, Problem solving, Good attitude
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Floor Manager (Code : FM)
